Unlike the common denominator among many marketing research agencies in Mexico, at Best Research we firmly believe that in order to guarantee absolute quality it is best to control everything at home. This is why we have a solid field department, which is integrated by more than 150 investigators, 25 supervisors and a staff of more than 15 operative executives, among which we find coordinators and managers led by experts in different research methods backed up by more than 15 years of experience.
Our field research team has a lower rotation level than the average in the industry, this is because the company offers career plans for all of its members as well as constant training and qualification before and once they become part of the team.

Qualitative Research

This type of research has an exploratory nature.  It´s main function is trying to interpret and give value to the most subjective aspects of consumer behavior.
